About Natalie:
Hello friends! I am a Registered Dietitian with advanced training and experience in disordered eating, vegan and vegetarian nutrition, and multiple chronic conditions such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and kidney disease. Working to overcome disordered eating cycles is challenging, especially when you are also managing a chronic illness. I provide evidence-based guidance through a gentle nutrition approach so that you can break free from dieting and rigid food rules while supporting your body and health needs.
It is my mission to empower people to heal their relationships with food, movement, and their bodies and to provide inspiration and tools to forge a kinder and more joyful path towards health and happiness.
